Do not send me AI art as a character design!

1. Please make sure your design is not a stolen or a derivative Of another's design.

2. No I do not Offer outfit design for already existing characters (However this may not always be the case feel free to ask first!! I may Include an extra fee! )

3. No Custom Commissions!! I will not accept characters that are not drawn or have a clear representation. Your character must be drawn. I will not take commissions if your character is not fully designed! Since I tend to work fast I cannot be going back and forth helping you design your character. Please keep that in mind there are some exceptions but not always.

4. Please Provide Clear References for your character!! What I see on the drawing, I will draw! If you do not want a certain detail that is shown on the reference image, let me know, please. I have no other way of knowing, so please specify. I will only be doing a maximum of 3 modifications after the fully rendered process. During the sketch you may ask 10 modifications (I will not be going back and forth with you about the pose so please have one ready. If you tell me I have free reign then there will be max 3 modifications allowed.) During the line art stage I will also only be doing a maximum of 3 modifications. Please keep in mind all the issues you may notice during the sketch process. I will also only be allowing 3 edits after completion. Any extra it will be an extra charge.

5. Please provide me with the correct color palette that your character needs. If this isn't provided, I will use the colors from the reference images, either right or wrong. I have no way of knowing, so please make sure you make that clear. I don't have a specific color palette I just use what I see. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send me the color sheet for your character or even the hex color! I need to know the colors! :') I don't want to start coloring and have to change the colors over and over again. please understand that it's not fun. sending reference are okay but they don't always provide the exact colors due to the amount of pixels in the image. so if you are particular about the colors please just send me the HEX# instead.

6. Do not ask me to change my art style! I will not try to change my art style even if it's a small area. (Sometimes it is just difficult to change somethings! I will still try to do my best)

7. The time that it takes for a commission to be done is within two weeks! Sometimes it may take only a week! I work as fast as I can already so please do not rush me. Depending on the number of commissions I get the wait time may be increased up to 3 weeks.I usually take on a batch every month! Meaning I work on 7-9 projects a month! I could finish your commission first or not it's really up to the workflow and how quick responses are back and forth. Please understand (for those who are on the waitlist) that if you do not respond to my initial message when its time for your commission to be started I will give your slot to another person. At that point you will have lost your spot and I can reschedule you for another time. I understand not everyone is online all the time so I can wait up to a week but if you respond after a week and still make me wait I will have to move on to another person. Just be mindful I have a very tight schedule on when I can work on commissions so waiting is not very convenient for me.

8. Every finished commission is for personal use only. Do not use them for commercial purposes unless I state differently. (No printing or distribution for monetary gain) No physical reproductions either (Unless it's for personal use only) . These are for the sole use of reposting on social media with the proper credits. There will be some exceptions those being the TWITCH SCREEN ILLUSTRATIONS and PNGTUBERS. Those already have a commercial fee included.

9. Please do not add the artwork to any AI Generator in any way. Do not use the artwork as an NFT. Do not alter the artwork in any way. If you do I can and will black list you.

10. As for refunds: depending on the amount of work I've done a refund will be available. If the illustration is complete and has been given to you then a refund will not be possible. I have the ability to refund you if a situation arises where I can't complete the commission.

11. I can and will use your commission as means to promote my work! (On all social media platforms I use those being Twitter, Instagram, ko-fi, and twitch) If your design in any way is a secret let me know! That way I can make sure not to use it in any post. I tend to always ask beforehand. I also sometimes stream on twitch me working on commissions if you do not wish for me to show your commission do let me know!

12. Pose and expression preferences, which means how you would like your request to look. If you do not provide this information, I will assume you don't care, and I will do what is more convenient for me. I cannot stress this enough: If you leave the pose up to me I will do what's most convenient. I will only allow limited modifications. Otherwise let me know what pose you want with plenty information like what do you want to see. I will not be

13. Changes goes up to 2 times on the sketch phase! afterwards you will be charged...but if you wanted something to change during the lineart phase, you will be charged a few depending what it is!
