Collect Info on all commIssIons (from everyone on the waitlist of said month)

Collect full payment from everyone

Start a very very rough outline (sometimes with no real distinguishing details) of the commission this is to confirm poses/layout/canvas position amongst other general details

Once rough sketch Is confirmed I will start on a detailed sketch

Once details sketch Is confirmed I will start line art

I will send the line art and base color version to confirm any last details before rendering

I will then finish rendering upon confirmation from client that everything Is as It should be

Please remember to tell me of any major modifications during rough sketch and detailed sketch!! As it's difficult to make extreme changes during the line art stage. The faster the information is confirmed and handed over the faster I can finish the commission! Read through the rest of my ToS for specifications on how many modifications are allowed during every stage. Thank you for understanding!!

➜ Do not send me AI art as a Character Design or Reference!

Ai art tends to have very muddled details and colors always blend to the point that it’s indistinguishable. I understand not everyone has access to a ready made design however going base of these images alone is just not suitable.

➜ I do not offer Custom Character Design!! (currently)

The character sheet/reference option is for already existing designs. I currently do not have the option to do custom designs as I do not have much time on my hands. Making a unique design takes time, communication, and research so I’d rather offer the option when I have enough time to focus on such an important project! I would rather not rush but if you are really wanting a design of your oc and truly love my style/design send me a message! There’s a chance we can work something out if it's possible.

This next part is really really important!! I know it is frustrating to read so much just to buy art but trust me it’s for the sake of the wonderful illustration we both want to see at the end!!

➜ 1. Please make sure your design is not a stolen or a derivative of another's design. I understand there may be similarities! There’s unfortunately no way to escape that so let’s simply try not to use someone's design entirely.

➜ 2. No I do not offer outfit design for already existing characters (However this may not always be the case feel free to ask first!! I may Include an extra fee! )

➜ 3. No Custom designs! Again, I will not accept characters that are not drawn or have a clear representation. Your character must be drawn. I will not take commissions if your character is not fully designed! Since I tend to work fast I cannot be going back and forth helping you design your character. Please keep that in mind there are some exceptions but not always. Please make sure to reach out to me if you have any questions regarding this!

➜ 4. Please Provide Clear References for your character!! What I see on the drawing, I will draw! If you send me multiple images of the character with different details make sure to let me know which ones I should focus on. If you do not want a certain detail that is shown on the reference image, let me know, please. I have no other way of knowing, so please specify.

If you are purchasing a Character sheet/reference please send me all the illustrations you have! Plus the png of your character. Feel free to describe or send me images of anything you may not have art of but wish to add.

➜ 5. Please provide me with the correct color palette that your character needs. If this isn't provided, I will use the colors from the reference images, either right or wrong I have no way of knowing! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE send me the color sheet for your character or even the hex color! I need to know the colors! :') I don't want to start coloring and have to change the same shade over and over again. Please understand that it's not fun. Sending references are okay but they don't always provide the exact colors due to the amount of pixels in the image. so if you are particular about the colors please just send me the HEX# instead it’s so much easier and accurate!

➜ 6. Do not ask me to change my art style please! I will not try to change my art style even if it's a small area. Please understand that you may not agree with a certain way I draw something but it is how my skill presents itself.

➜ 7. Please do not add the artwork to any AI Generator in any way. Do not use the artwork as an NFT. Do not alter the artwork in any way. If you do, I can and will black list you.

➜ 8. I can and may use your commission as a means to promote my work! (On all social media platforms I use Twitter, Instagram, and twitch) If your design is in any way a secret let me know! That way I can make sure not to use it in any post. If you do not wish for me to show your commission, do let me know! Though I do tend to let you as the customer make the first post and I’ll end up resharing.

➜ 9. Pose and expression preferences, which means how would you like your request to look. If you do not provide this information, I will assume you don't care, and I will do what is more convenient for me. If you leave the pose up to me I will only allow limited modifications. This can be in the form of a description or even images! Or both the more the better!
